I would like to pass on my collected impressions.
Many companies today deliberately forgo slack resources in management. This can quickly lead to critical situations in changing times. Can “rented managers” be a solution?
In 1997 Anthony Cardozo founded an engineering services company with three partners, and together they built the company until is was 1,000 employees strong. In 2004, the company was sold to a global player in France, and Mr. Cardozo assumed various management functions in the international group structure. Most recently, he was responsible for sales and marketing for the German Executive Board. In 2012 Cardozo decided to found a new startup, QRelation Management Team GmbH.
