When the Law doesn’t Protect Enterprises

About mistakes that endanger your business success in a divorce

In principle, the law protects the company in the case of a divorce. But exceptions confirm the rule. Ursula Xell-Skreiner shows where caution is required.

Since 2001, Ursula Xell-Skreiner has worked as an independent lawyer with her own company. The happily married Styrian studied law in Graz and Vienna, and for her dissertation dealt with problems of corporate acquisition. After her bar exam in 1995 she shifted her focus to consensual private separations. Dr. Ursula Xell-Skreiner is a professional writer (separation advisor Scheidung kompakt, LexisNexis publishing house, 2006, together with divorce expert Univ.Prof.Dr. Astrid Dahl-Hübner), as well as an often-quoted interview partner in radio, television, and various magazines.
