In the 1990s and ’00s, the conditions for communication changed dramatically. There is no answer to these changes and certainly not the “right” answer, but rather a game with possibilities.

  • 1956 born in Schramberg (Schwarzwald)
  • 1977 studies of philosophy and theatrical Sciences in Frankfurt (without degree)
  • 1976 theater work, since 1987 also active as a copywriter and designer for agencies and businesses in Germany and Austria.
  • 1992-1997 lectureship at the University for Applied Arts, Vienna in Walter Lürzer's master class for advertising and design.

What difference can a single person make, and what is needed for the others?

The fact that a CEO is influenced by a company is expected, but the importance and the influence of an individual employee and his network on the success and the change processes or the change in the value of a company are too often underestimated. In order to achieve the various business objectives more efficiently, clearly defined network structures are created and managed by Chief Networking Officers in the future.

Selma Prodanovic is a widely decorated Entrepreneur and Philanthropist, and well-known as an explorer and crosslinker of business potentials. With the belief that everyone can make a positive difference in this world, she founded Brainwork--one of the most influential business developers in the region--and initiated IncrediblEurope, the first bottom-up movement for a change in values in and for Europe.
