Gundula Schatz leads the Waldzell Institute, the Architects of Future Initiative, and is a yoga teacher and companion. Together with the physicist Dr. Walter Medinger and Siglinda Oppelt, she offers an education for executives in the integral management.
For more than 20 years, Schatz has been dealing with natural sciences and teachings of wisdom. After graduating from biotechnology studies, she worked in the areas of knowledge and technology transfer, patents and climate change. From 2001 to 2005, she was District Commissioner of the 1st District of Vienna, and has been actively engaged in the process of social change since that time.

Through her 20 years of experience in research and work with companies, she has developed the integral management model. She provides advice and support to companies for them to integrate successfully: to prosper economically and as well to be a win for the people, life, and the society.
