Erich R. Hoffmann is the owner and managing partner of the HOFFMANN&PARTNER Sozialkapital- und Investmentberatung GmbH. He is an expert in the conception, design and set-up of company pension schemes (BAV) with a focus on direct performance commitments and deferred compensation models for managing directors and directors. Hoffmann is the founder of the first course for a company pension scheme, and initiator of the 1st Austrian Congress BAV. He is the author of numerous scientific articles and lecturer for the Academy of Law and Taxes.
