Peter Gruber is a consultant for corporate culture, business coach, management trainer and author. After studying social and economic sciences with a focus on organization theory, fiduciary management and controlling, he has been active for more than 20 years as a manager and leader in Austrian, German and French companies.

Peter Gruber is the founder of the social partners initiative "Socially Healthy Austria.” As a guest lecturer in Swiss and Austrian universities, he teaches corporate communications, dialectic, corporate culture and business ethics.

Trojan Marketing

With unconventional advertising to market success

The most famous war of all time was the Trojan War, with the famous Trojan Horse. Today’s institutionalized marketing aims to reach to the customer’s heart. “Normal” marketing deals with existing markets. Trojan Marketing, on the other hand, aims for actually creating markets.

Trojan Marketing is the systematic search, identification and use of “Trojan Horses.” A Trojan Horse is what is used on indirect, unconventional paths.

Roman is the inventor of "Trojan Marketing" and author of the book with the same title. He is head of the “Technical Sales Management” degree program for the University of Applied Sciences, and is responsible for the teaching and research staff. He has completed two studies, is CRM Manager, business coach and lecturer in various scientific institutions. He is a speaker and advises companies in the fields of marketing, CRM and sales.
