He has engaged in cultural studies at various universities in Madrid and at the University of Santa Clara in California. Leube believes that only management with a sound theoretical and methodological basis, connected with the knowledge of foreign cultures in a competitive, globalized world, can successfully operate businesses. Leube studied anthropology at the University of Berkeley and Vienna.
