Jannis Pournaras is Founder of Ascendant Human Resources Solutions in Greece, and Managing Partner at Hartig & Partners. His career as a business consultant and trainer began in Vienna with DMB. Later, Pournaras established Door Training Management Consulting GmbH, and was an Advisory Member of the Board at Door Training International AG in Paris. With the move to Greece he took over the management of Neumann Management Consulting Ltd. After that he was Chairman of the Board at Advantage Business Consulting AG. The passionate diving professional lives with his family in Greece.
