Czipin is Managing Director and Founder of Czipin consulting. Prior to that he he founded Czipin & Partners in 1985. He built it up from a single-man operation to the an advisory group company with over 100 employees with subsidiaries in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. In 2001 he sold his original company.

In addition to trade study at the Vienna University of Economics, and completion of the POM course at Harvard University in the US, Czipin based his learning of the consulting profession on an American consulting company. In the course of his 30-year professional experience in the fields of trade, industry and services, Alois Czipin has actively collaborated on more than 500 projects.
