Oliver Wegner founded his first company in parallel with commercial training, and built Internet platforms for the worldwide sales of Mercedes Unimog and dog food. Following his training, he went to Frankfurt and engaged in software sales. For the last 17 years, Mr Wegner has helped German and American companies increase sales by 30-40%. He discovered a system that addresses the critical factors for growth.
He is founder and owner of Evolution Plan GmbH, and a member of the Executive Board of the INtem Group, Mannheim. Wegner stands for measurable behaviour change in sales and management.
