In March 2007 Peter Hajek set up his own company with Kovar & Köppl public affairs consulting.  Previously he led the field of political and social research at the OGM Opinion Research Institute. In addition to being a political consultant, Peter Hajek has taught at universities in Vienna and Klagenfurt. His consulting activities have take him to, among other places, New York and the United Nations.
