An increasing number of companies are recognizing that leadership requirements are changing dramatically, and that leadership needs to be redefined in the long term. In a globalized world characterized by financial and economic crises, but above all also by a crisis of confidence, new rules apply to the people at the top, and new demands are placed on their competences and their experience. Corporate volunteering has proven to be a suitable tool to address these challenges. Voluntary commitment, which is nothing new, but which has always shaped our society and working environment, is designed and implemented directly for this purpose.
